Christina Boon – Illustrator

I would like to re-introduce the hugely talented artist who illustrates my books for me.  I am extremely lucky to have found her and she has so brilliantly drawn the worlds and brought my characters to life, that it is no surprise to learn in her own blog that she is getting very busy indeed.

Here it is: http://christinaboon.wordpress.com/page/2/

And here is some of her work for me. There is lots more on this blog and on my Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Barbara-Godwin/104964359685061?fref=ts

The Extra-Fast-Roller-Blading Machine

It’s a cheeky machine, for it tips Tim (Mr McMarvel’s assistant) all over the place but is great fun when Tim works out how to control it.

Mr McMarvel’s Amazing Machines

I always fancied living in a railway carriage. My dad drove trains, so maybe that is where the fancy came from! I don’t doubt that the idea in practice would have been as much fun as I thought.

Mr McMarvel, the inventor of amazing machines, does indeed live in a converted railway carriage. Here it is:
